Polar Bar is known for its wonderful mix of ice creams on offer. I ma big fan of the as well and was excited when they opened at Marathalli.
However, one visit to the place and it tends to leave a bad taste due to the slow service and the cramped up space. Service personnel at the counter turn a bling eye to the customers requests and work at their own pace. Moreover, there is hardly any place to sit and enjoy the ice cream.
I have tried Polar bear at other places, like HSR and like their setup overall. I hope the franchise owners at Marathalli outlet take a note and improve the services to increase their foot fall.
