We stay in Bangalore near Jayanagar. We have been visiting many schools in the locality and finally admitted our son in Podar Jumbo Kids, Jayanagar. Initially we were not much sure about the school, but got some good feedback from one of our neighbours. Our son was there for 2 years and I can say that experience was wonderful.
Some highlights of the school are
Child friendly
Regular parent - teachers meeting to review child’s response and growth. Well planned charts and pointers to measure these factors and identify areas of improvement.
Absolutely no favouritism, all children treated equally.
Adequate amount of cultural activities. Our son was initially kind of too shy. In the past 2 years he was able to come out of it and now volunteers for stage events. We are astonished at this kind of a change which we never expected. Full credit to the school.
Teachers know completely about every kid and identify their unique qualities. Uniqueness of a kid is well preserved and highlighted. I felt that they helped preserve unique identity of individuals.
Some activities like - Sing along with mom, activities encouraging participation of parents, cultural activities which are theme based etc. were very good.
I would recommend this school to any one any day.
