I installed pocket app on the day when it was launched and there was a offer that you will get CCD frappe coffee coupon after successful activation of the app, but I got nothing. I called customer care, they logged my request and worked on it for two weeks and came to conclusion that offer was limited to some first users and it was not mentioned in the offer.
But this is not the issue to dislike this app, the worst happened with me when I did first mobile recharge from this app. I was using Airtel 3G network and when I submitted the recharge there was not any confirmation for anything, so I submitted it two more times in one minute span and nothing happened.
Then I exited from the app and logged in again and I was shocked that Rs. 300/- deducted from my account while my recharge was only of Rs. 100/- I immediately called customer care and they told that I have repeated the same recharge of rs. 100/- two more times at same time. I left with nothing to say, just asked them to improve their app to work on slow network like 3G also.
