Pluto Tours World Holidays, Shimla is a biggest name of Fraudulent Business House Pluto - who talks very nicely till you book a tour with them. The moment you pay your booking amount to them their colors will start changing. By the time you pay 40 percent of your tour package as advance - picture will change from colourful to Black only. They are doing NO touring business - just booking the tour and taking their share of 40 percent of the total tour amount. Thereafter subcontracting your tour to some other company.
In our case subcontractor company was Mahadev Destinations. The marketing manager of Pluto Tours was Barnava Basu, who will not pick up your phone once 40 percent tour package advance is paid saying - his marketing job done, now operation team will look after.
In operation team - GM Anil is a very special GM who will not resolve any of your problem rather will handover the phone to the person against whom you are making a complaint. Operation Head Anshul Rana absolutely of no use, your operation executive Rithwik will not listen you. You will get reply like - we have not got any response from the subcontractor company, so what can we do? It is your bad luck.
Once your tour starts you get to know your subcontracting company representative Rajat in our case who will hardly listen to you. For everything you have to be behind him, he will never bother to ensure whether your tour is going well or not, they have taken money, now you go to Hell, they don't care. Now you realize that you have made an Blunder of your Life booking tour with Pluto Tours & Travel Pvt Ltd.
During the tour the subcontracting company will try to cut corner as much as possible telling one or the other excuses / problems / restrictions and likewise which they will never talk or discuss with you. Every mistake will come to your account and you are the sufferer, because you have already paid full amount.
In our case, I told them that one of my friend is a US citizen, they didn't even know about the restrictions as applicable for touring Sikkim. They started discussion after we reached Gangtok, my friend could not even see the Changu Lake, his entry could not be made at border because no one checked our vehicle and they didn't tell us that US citizen has to make an entry at the Sikkim border. Later they twisted our arm and charged RS.4000/- extra towards making entry at the border, else our tour was put a Full Stop. Whole tour of Gangtok for my friend was simple waste of time and money plus extra money.
Overall our touring experience of Gangtok Pelling and Darjling [01st March till 09th March 2024] was simply Horrible, full of Headache with waste of money and valuable holidays. Please never ever think of Pluto Tours & Travel Pvt Ltd. I am going to file a case against the company in Consumer Court shortly. It is my humble request to all the readers, please share your feedback about Pluto Tours & Travel Pvt Ltd Shimla as soon as possible. Thanks.
