Room quality: first of all, the room which we got was the worst room I have ever been, the washroom was verg dirty and dint feel like going inside and all.then I had to call service guys and asked them to clean the Room.the floor also wasn't clean, the bed wasnt made.i have never seen any hotels so dirty as this hotel.they should improve a lot in there maintenance.without the maintenance this hotel will nowhere run and people will slowly stop coming as well.
Guest services: as soon as I entered the room and when I found the room dirty.i called the service boys who were actually not picking up the call and I had to go down all over and call.it was like after the guest entered into the room they started cleaning everything which was very bad on there part.
Food and presentation: I have actually expected a yummy south indian food but it had changed all my perspective.i have tasted many south indian food and I love it but here it was disgusting.i couldn't complete my whole food as well.
Ambience: in pictures the lighting and all were very well arranged but in reality the place is very dull and not actually a place where you will enjoy with ypur family.
Value for money: it is not at all worth if you are going with your family.as you people will not enjoy and spend so much money.just not worth.
