Playster began its operations in 2014 and provides online services for books, audio books, movies, games and music. It has kept built its business in very innovative way. What is attractive is its pricing. There are three plans at the moment single media plan for 0.95$, All media plan for 1.95$/month and Family plan for 2.95$/month. They start with 1 month free trial where you need to register with them and then register your credit card or debit card the designated amount as per your plan will be deducted as pre authorization charges which will be reversed within 72 hours. If you don't like it you may cancel the plan.

You may not find desired book or other media.
Issues with books quality. I read two books and pages were found to be mixed up in sequence thus spoiling the mood of reading. I complained to their customer support but that helped a little.
They might remove any book without notifying you if the contract with the publisher ends. It happened with me when I was half way through a book it was removed and I was unable to access the book. On asking customer support they informed me that its contract has ended with the publisher.
There have been complaints from many people that their cards are being declined by the sites.
After continuing for 3 months my account was put on hold with message "Your account is no longer in good standing. Please update your payment method to continue using Playster." I updated the payment method and amount was immediately debited from my account. But the account was not restored. Daily customer support team would come up with new story. One agent told that all my previous transactions have been declined. Other said all those charges are preauthorization charges and to contact the bank immediately. Then one said that IT team has rectified the issue and I should be able to use my account. To this day nothing has been done.
