My first order with Playground on line was so great, they were answering my email inquiries and clarifications immediately that I said, it's a good site. Now went through my second order, the site stated the product is available, even received an email confirmation. Then, they said that it's not. So they have to refund the amount to my card.
I wrote back immediately, asking if I could just change the product. No response. I opted to order another item, the status after entering my card details said transaction cancelled. I tried again, then it said pending submit. To my surprise, the credit card company told me that both transactions were charged to the card.
Now, I wrote them and even tried to call them (their numbers here don't seem to work by the way). But no avail.
If I could only opt for COD, I would have done so! But I'm not based in India. :(
I wish the could improve their site and services.
AND HOPEFULLY, someone from PLAYGROUNDONLINE will be able to read this and get back to me about my problem? Please initiate the refund from your side? Order ID 197459 and 197460
