Very poor services and wrong information given to the customers.


I have placed my order for Quechua Forclaz 50 black hiking shoe(UK - 1625215). Order number for the same is 240247 on 08-Jan-2014 and I am from Delhi.


Today I sent them a mail regarding the status of the order in the morning. When I didn't get any response, I called the customer care at 08026257200 and a lady picked up the call. I asked her about the status of my order. She said it will take them 5-6 working days to dispatch the item and I will be receiving the item in approximately 12-14 days.


I asked her the reason for taking so long time to dispatch the product, for which she said it is written on their website. I told her that it is clearly written on their website, but I told that I am from a metro city, Delhi. As per their policy, delay delivery can be expected in a remote village, Kerala, North East, Jammu & Kashmir. Then she said very rudely that wherever you belong to, you will receive the delivery in 12-14 days only as currently item is out of stock.


I asked her if the item is stock then it must be marked as out of stock on your website. She simply said that if will mark the products out of stock, then their sale will be reduced.


Now what can I do? I have already paid and now I think I have been cheated and fooled by them and lost the money. Dear all, beware. All of their products are out of stock and I cannot confirm if they delivered the products to their customers even after receiving the payment or they buy the product after receiving the order from the customer.


I have already written them two mails, one to their customer care and one to their CEO and have not received any update till date.


Customer care executives are very RUDE and RUTHLESS. They do not communicate to the customers properly.


I will never recommend this website to anyone. If I don't receive any information and my order on time, I will definitely go to the consumer forum.

We see that the package was placed on the 8th of Jan 2014. The package was shipped on the 11th of Jan 2014 and the same was delivered on 13th of Jan 2014. We have delivered the package as per our commitment on the site.
