I have placed an order on Dec 9th, (order ID: 235941). And till date they have not yet shipped item and they says there is delay as they don't have item and need to get from manufacture.

I have brought it for 7500 and now they have given 25% off and selling for 6000. Wondering how they are selling something they don't have. Also giving discount for an item which is not in their hand.


They keep on telling there is a delay. But never says how much exactly is this delay. I guess they might be referring few years of delay.


They assured me that they will give me an update regarding the dispatch yesterday before 6 PM. But never called back and now no reply for the emails I have sent and not even attending any calls.


The worst online shopping service I have ever seen.
