I ordered a product(Order Number: 198899) on 21 February, 2013. I used the coupon code(SPDL1066027) sent to me by PlaygroundOnline.com while Checking out the final order. In the evening, I get a mail saying that my order has been cancelled without any prior notice. When I called them up they told the vague reason that the coupon was invalid as they forgot to Disable it so I cant use this coupon given the fact that the coupon was sent to me few hours back by your company officials.
I see this situation as the opportunity window rather than my mistake, or better to say it is the mistake from your company officials because of which the customer is suffering.
Please look into the matter as this is posing a bad image of your company because no matter whatever the business model is has one basic principle always attached to it that The Customer should not suffer.
Indeed an unwelcome start. I would rate my experience with plagroundonline as SUBSTANDARD. Hoping for a prompt and positive reply.
