I have purchased a few times from this site. The first one was excellent and I received the product in time. But the second experience is not that great. I ordered a tennis racquet with strings and grip. I got the strings and grip but not the racquet. They called and intimated me about the same and it seems like they did not have the product in stock.
I think it is better if they could show only things that are in stock. Khelmart had the same item at same price, if I had ordered it through them, I would I had the racquet by now. Now I have to wait till Tuesday they say. But they are yet to receive stock. If they don't I will be waiting again.
First was COD and they were prompt. Second by CC. So always go for COD and you will have your stuff soonerCheers!

This is written a few days past the first review. I am still to get the racquet. Now I have got a mail saying that the item is confirmed and will be sent in a few days time. So hopefully I will get it in the coming week. What can I say?? I wanted to play with it on the 7th (after having used it for 3-4 days).
I ordered it on 25th paid full money on 25th. I purchased it on playground as they are based in Bangalore so that I get it latest by 28th. Khelmart also had the item at same price. I ordered a badminton racquet at Khelmart on 27th and I got it on 2nd that too on COD.
I sincerely request the readers to check with the staff of playground before purchase and do it only with COD. If they don't ship it in two days, cancel the order and buy it from another site.
These kind of delays are inevitable. sometimes it happen. It is best to associate with someone where it seldom happens. Go through a lot of reviews and you will understand that this happens often with playgroundonline.
