I am a badminton coach, and I sell sports equipment, so I purchase stuff from selection sports website, flipkart, healthkart, ebay, and snapdeal, Big volumes with selection sports. All have been reliable and good, Very much satisfied with all web Retailers, Now I wanted adidas badminton rackets to try out, before sale and I saw few in playground online.
I ordered through my credit card, order worth 4200 rs weeks passed nothing happens, and I call them they are nice over the phone, and says item will be shipped, now that doesn't happen, I have seen many conmen in my life and I have lived in the west so I know how to deal with such thieves, I give them a deadline, I say to them refund my money back or face enquiry from cyber cell of police and I would have gone to any extent to recover my money as I don't even spill a paisa for thieves.
But the good aspect is they refunded me after long, But my approach was stern and I know how to take my hard earned money back. still I buy a lot of stuff from other sites I have mentioned above, But friends be careful with playground online, your money is not safe while dealing with them. This was my experience, hope yours turn out to be better.
