I came their for a complain which was supposed to be replaced in warranty, one of the consultant to whom I was in tuch with, his name is Rakesh from Maninagar Planet Hyundai. He agreed and told me that my order will be placed on Saturday for the replacement of my car horn pad and told me to contact me in 10 to 15 days. When he got the horn he didn’t bother to give me a call, when I gave a ring he told me my horn pad has arrived, again I asked him that please do not give me any excuse if you are going to replace the horn pad then only I will come and he agreed to it and when I went their his senior manager told me that it can not be replaced.
On very first day when I went their Rakesh had a word regarding my issue still after that talk also he denied and told me on my face that he can not do any thing. In short THEY ARE NOT ON THEIR WORDS THEY ARE CHEATER.
