Pizza hut was very popular few years ago but with the advent of other eateries Pizza Hut has kinda lost its charm. So when other restaurants at Oberoi mall were full, we decided to go to Pizza Hut, which turned out to be quite disappointing.
The service was very poor. No one attended us for 20 minutes. After they took our order it took another 30 minutes for them to get us our pizza which was ice cold. The food as expected was bad. We were so hungry that we ate the cold pizza without complaining and made a solemn swear never to return here again.
Guyz, buck up or shut down, seriously!
