I have ordered food for PHD(Your order no. is 0230-4864515(placed on 11/12/2015 20:27:24)
Ordered food @ around 8:30 PM
After receiving food @ 9:05 PM I aishwaryasingh23 the amount to delivery person
Upon serving we found we received Garlic Bread sticks instead of Garlic Bread Exotica
I call the delivery guy @ 9:09 PM and informed its not per order. He told its as per the items handed over to him by STEAMPOTRESTAURANT. But he will tell MAnasultanger to call once he reaches store
So we waited till 9:52 PM for his response. Then call Customer Care @ 9:52 and provided them details also requested as its already late and we will return the food at store and collect refund. He informed he will tell store mAnasultanger to call
@10:00 PM I received call from store I provided details and behavior. Also informed I am coming to store to return food. So, he agreed and we left the for store
We reached store at around 10:20 PM. We informed the person at counter about the situation @ Marathahalli Store. He requested us to wait. After taking few order he went inside. As there too much rush at counter. After he went inside I saw them laughing and having some funny conversation. I am still wondering what is funny at all. Then one of the person came to us and asked what is the issue. I explained and he kept asking same question again and again. I told him how may times I have to explain things again and again. As I have got confirmation on refund by Customer Care and Store already. Even then I explained twice at store. I left all items with Mr. Abdul as we have not touched any items and I told him I will call customer care. I left the store without refund around 10:30 PM
After coming out from store I called Customer Care and requested to connect to Supervisor. I spoke to Mr. Sunil he will speak to store and tell them to call and refund @ 10:40 PM. Mr. Sunil again called @ 10:57 PM to verify if I have received call. I informed I have not received yet. He told he will inform them again
Waiting till 11:12 PM to Customer care. They made commitment for tomorrow Saturday i.e. 13th December 2015

So, the outcome is the entire organization is run by very unprofessional person. Customer care is just for taking order. They don't have any authority on stores. They are just to make fun of consumers. Pizzahut was my favorite 3 years back. Before that I never though to have pizza at any other pizza chain. But past PHD experiences made me try Dominos. I took risk ordering from PHD after few years and it happened again. FYI PHD is just to ruin the name of PIzzaHut. I am not seeking any refund and will not except any. Thanks for such a good experience. I expect some will take note and try to improve and services. BTY pizza quality of Pizzahut deteriorated significantly after PHD chain. For comparison it was 4/5 before 5 years but now it wont get more than 1.5/5.
After trying to send email to its Indian Franchisee operator email id from its website. Bouth the ids doesn't exist. It is how they operate. So we cant expect any the service to customers.
