We were at this place on Linking Rd. at Bandra recently. We were witness to this callous incident. A small group of college girls had ordered some burgers. They soon complained to the person in charge that they were served absolutely cold. Immediately they were told off, with the excuse that it would take atleast another half an hour to serve hot, so sorry ! They not only did nothing about it, but when one of the girls found the sauce bottle empty, the waiter helped sqeezing out the sauce by splashing it about on her arms. Luckily her clothes were spared from damage. Guess what the waiter said to her ? So sorry! What a mess, this joint at Linking Road, very close to Scandals Footwear shop.And to think Customer is King !
