Pizza Hut Delivery Opposite to Reliance Mall in Ascendas Mall, ITPL is running some racket for fake deliveries wherein they are delivering the rotten and eaten out stuff to their customers.
Twice I have suffered due to this and I had to return the order placed online.
If you order any pizza other than personal one, they will stuff the bigger pizzas in small boxes and yesterday it was the limit when they sent me 3 pieces of Medium Pizza in one box, hence 2 Pizzas were stuffed in 3 boxes saying that they have run "OUT OF STOCK OF MEDIUM SIZE PIZZAS". After couple of hours, I was in Ascendas Mall and I saw that the stock was much more and to me the best part was that the Delivery Guys were not from PIZZA HUT(2 boys came to my place for delivery which is very odd).
The stuff that was sent to me looked quite old and the Delivery Boy requested me to speak to his manager from his phone only when I declined the delivery.
Some internal staff of Pizza Hut is running his parallel business from there and fooling the company and cheating the customers.
I request the management of PIZZA HUT to look into it ASAP.
