Its been so many years now and I have been their loyal customer. Out there in market you will find Domino's rising on top of pizza industry but can't match with Pizza Hut(my personal experience). Weather its their pizza hut special or single pizza all been delicious through out.
Their service been remarkably noticeable. We get to order pizza's in our office and at home even I visit their on regular basis but never find compromise with the service they have provided in all these years.
Last time I visited Pizza Hut in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon and found Fair service and pizza was okay okay which we ordered. I did not like that experience of mine of that day due to staff they have appointed for that location.
I had to wait for at least 10 minutes to get a glass of water for which I had to ask them thrice so was pissed off with that and that's the main reason writing here to let Pizza Hut know about it. In general speaking whenever we order with them have received on time maintaining the hotness and crisp in every term and bite:-) possible. Pizza Hut really I would say is best in class and even prices are reasonable for the service they provide.
Fully air conditioned, smooth music and super fast service. I never felt like to having reservation truly speaking because I do not often visit Pizza Hut that much as my most of the orders are done at home/office only. I hope PH look at the location experience I had for the above. Rest all is fine. Thank you.
