Let me be honest -- my first visit to the place did not instill a desire for a second visit. After over a year, I had another visit just out of trying out something Italian. Found a change in the food quality for the better.
Most of the times, my visit is on a Friday evening / Sat.. I start with the beer -- it is chilled perfect to allow for unwinding. For teetotallers, try out the fresh lime with soda is worth a try -- but frankly I did not enjoy it. The enjoyment is even more if you are at the table right at the end -- the strong breeze makes it ideal for afternoons as well. Of course, avoid the table closer to the cooking / Chef -- it is too hot.
For the main course -- I prefer to go in for spicy version of four seasons Pizza. Freshly tossed salad is the better stuff here -- you can try out the various combinations to suit your taste. Among the breads, I like the one with cheese -- I found it even better than the one at Pizza Hut (Delhi). Also,tried the pasta couple of times -- prepared fine but as I said earlier, I enjoy pizzas more.
Among the drawbacks is the sitting arrangements, it is linear and leaves little space for privacy or moving around at times. Also, you may have to wait upto 15-20 min on packed weekends. The staff is courtseous though and make sure one gets in at the earliest.
Costwise, I found pizzaria better than Pizza Express / Pizza Hut. Add to that the discounts to BPL mobile subscribers. And last but not the least, the crowd is better -- young as well as DINKS / DISKS. (anybody confused with those words please ask me or refer to marketing gurus).
