Worst management ever experienced!. Review on Pivotvapors

I have worked in Evolve Vapors just for a month and they were all bull sh**. The boss and his so called office girl friend would freak, haul and use foul language on each other. They''''d yell at each other every morning in front of other employees. A disgusting place I have ever worked in. They would sell vape machines offline inside the office itself where other employees would work. No sense of showing respect to the employees. Office and selling product place was the same. Customers would see who are and how are the employees working. Most of all employees would use their e cigarette and play loud songs while working as if some party is on the floor. They all would dress up themselves in a party wear, inhale e cigarette and form cloud out of fragrant gas from it and work by playing huge volumes on. This was the culture there and as I was all out of this, so they thought I was not working. I tried concentrating, but then the boss yells at his girlfriend. Such meaningless people who would not know how to run an organization, would hire and fire employees without any valid reason.
