This magazine started publishing in the year 1859, a total of 144 years so far & its still going strong, as the name suggests it is basically aiming at Construction & Infrastructure Industry especially companies & people who are attached to Oil & Gas Sector. I am a member of this magazine since last 3 yrs. Though I am into this field since quite a long time. It keeps me updated about the latest technology, mergers, acquisitions, new projects etc. in short it gives me everything about my field.
You must be wondering why I am writing on such a magazine which again speaks of my job, so my dear friends, though it strictly gives information about oil & Gas sector but it still holds interest of the reader, irrespective of the fact that whether you are an Oil guy or not, (If you think, I am exaggerating, try a copy & it’ll speak for itself). Well this magazine like others contains features & it has features like :- <b News Reel- Latest in the Pipeline & oil field. Editor’s Notebook- a note from Jeff Share, the editor of the Magazine, which is worth readable. Govt. Guidelines-You knows the usual legal stuff from US of A, which doesn’t hold for me. Projects- well this is my favourite section & it gives a detailed update on the pipeline laying projects worldwide. International Highlights- Again, it gives what’s going on earth. Product showcase- well, this section is dedicated to the companies whose products can be helpful for us in order to make other’s life a bit easy. b> It do have other sections like: Tech notes, New Products & From the Burner Tip, now this section (From the Burner Tip) usually contains a very Close Look-up at the Natural Gas Business by renowned author & scientists in this field & it is quite informative for everybody.
