My user ID: ar_nathesh. I've had this connection for over an year. Initially the network connectivity and service was amazing.
However for the past 6 months neither the connectivity nor the service is good. Pathetic service. It is never so easy to reach the technical support. You'll have to dial 50 times to get connected once. They say we can send an SMS if tech support is not reachable and they would call back but that seldom happens. On an average, there's no internet for at least 2 hours a day.
Half the day internet transfer rate is around 100kbps. The support team never fixes the issue but sends an SMS saying that the ticket had been resolved saying that the issue is with my router. But the issue exists even when cable is directly connected to the computer.
Not only the tech support team, the area manager also promised to look into the issue and will call back. They never call back. We have to send SMS and call. The result had always been NULL. MY ADVISE IS TO NOT BELIEVE IN THESE KIND OF ISPs.
