Overall, Pind Balluchi need Well trained staff and Quick service if they are keen to retain thier customers.
Experience faced is too bad. Bad service and sloooowww service took almost 30mins to get the starters out. Main course order was NOT at all - value for money.
Ordered Murgh Malai Tikka. which is ard 355 BT, have 5 pcs and was half done. Pathetic.
Also ordered a aadrak Fish curry costing ard 498 Rs. and wat we got is a small bowl of curry with 2 pcs of Fish pcs.(I wish I can add pics of the bowl as well) .When asked the Manager; He offered two more pcs of fish."I mean.! Are you Serious". This is how we serve the customer upon complains.
They have lost all my Loyalty and customer interest.
Hope the reader can understamd this before their visit to Sector 29 - Pind Balluchi
