I had one of the worst experience while using Pikkol services for moving my household to a different city. I paid everything in advance(that is the Pikkol model) for packers and movers but I had to do unloading myself in the middle of the night after a hustle of 2–3 hours with Pikkol operations. While asking for refund against the services which were not given, I was asked to sign an agreement that mentions that I cant give reviews about my pathetic experience.


In summary I suggest you to look for the local presence and services about the provider before booking these services.




  • While packing items in Bangalore, team was in hurry and was not taking proper care of delicate items(glassware, crockery etc.)




  • For loading they said, there will be a separate vehicle for your items but when the vehicle arrived it was already half loaded with some other customers stuff, they hired another vehicle from some local provider and it took around 3–4 hours to load and send items(In two different vehicles). Items which were already there in the vehicle were handled very carelessly while pushing my stuff in the truck.




  • While booking the service I mentioned regarding floor and the lift availability and I was charged accordingly but at the time of unloading the team refused to unload and shift the item to 2nd floor which was agreed and documented while booking the service, this all happened in middle of night as they were unable to arrive in daytime. I had to unload the items myself along with my family members.




  • When I asked for refund against the inconvenience and the unloading/unpacking services, I was told that I had to sign an agreement mentioning that, I cant give review about my pathetic experience.




  • I had to follow up for 2–3 weeks before receiving the items at destination and there was no prompt update from the pikkol team.




  • I paid separately for the insurance against the damage for the items and explicitly included crockery for the insurance but when I reported damages for claim, I was told this is not covered.
