I ordered few prints and a photo key ring from Picsquare. I am very disappointed with the support & service of Picsquare.
Service & Support:Even after 5 days, website was showing status as'In process'. I sent an e-mail to support@picsquare.com and feedback@picsquare.com to check the status but I did not get any reply till 2 days. I called up their provided number and a gentleman, who was sounding very rude, told me that my photos are ready to be shipped but key ring is not ready and it will take around 10 days as they are running out of stock. Gentleman told me that they are shipping photographs today and photographs will be delivered next day. It took 4 more days to get photographs delivered. In the mean time, I tried to call same number again but no one picked up the phone. I personally do not like companies who do not pick up the phone number that they publish on website. It is just acceptable in Govt. offices.
I sent e-mails but did not get any response. Website was still showing status as'Under Processing'. Its already been 10 days now, I dont know where the keychain is. Now, I have stopped sending e-mails as it just increases my dissatisfaction.
UPDATE: After seeing this post on Mouthshut, someone from picsquare called me and apologized for the inconvenience. They told me that Key Chain will take another 10 days and in the mean time they will provide me key chain in another shape and asked me to delete my review from this site. They delivered me two key chain in around 15 days. I asked them in 4 e-mails to deliver it some other address but they never acknowledged my e-mail and sent it to same address where I asked them to deliver photographs. E-mail responses from Picsquare would be irrelevant from the questions you will ask them. Simple one liner without any human touch.
Picsquare was aware that I am not happy customer. They should have taken extra care to please me but I think their working is like this. I will give them -5 in support and service.
Print Quality: Photos were printed on Mitsubishi paper while Picsquare claims to use Fuji. Print quality was just OK. Paper is too much glossy and thin that does not give good impression. Photographs color were not adjusted as claimed on website. I realized that the blue color was too much in the prints. not natural.
UPDATE: I liked the key chain. Print quality was OK. Picsquare claims it to be wooden key chain while it is made of Plastic. I asked Picsquare support about the change in material of key chain but they never replied. It appears like they have pasted a paper on plastic sheet.
Delivery Options:Picsquare usually uses two courier service providers: BlueDart and Overnite. If your stuff is shipped through BlueDart, you are lucky. BD provides better tracking and usually delivers in a day or two. Overnite provides poor tracking and delivers in two-three days.
Price & Payment Option:Price is exclusive of taxes. Add taxes in total amount. I tried to make payments through credit card but there was something wrong with credit card option. It directed me to ICICI portal but payment never succedded. I guess there was something wrong with ICICI. I used third payment option(can't recall the name) and payment got successful. Overall experience was very bad.
