As we know it is a photo editor for android phones I want to review it and tell the pros and cons of this app.
Here is my review
Picsart is a nice app and has a nice user interface as an android photo editor should have to be understand easily as for the beginners.the concept of all the features in it is really nice but the cutout feature of the app work on the colour of the pics and background which didnt gave me satisfaction.It doesnt give the major features update so that all the othwe features can we get in a single app. But as overall it is a very nice app for the android users for editing any pictures.
