I am Fiyas from Kochi. I purchased one vespa scooter from Marikar Motors-Kalamassery, Kochi on 20.08.2014.
At the time of Delivery they are not installed the Ladies Put rest guard. I Already paid for the same. On delivery time they told after two days you can visit anytime as per your convinience, installation of the same will take only 15 minutes time.
According to that I visited showroom on 25th August, but they told their service team is very busy today, you can come next days.
I am visited 29th August, but again same story repeated.
I again visited showroom on 3rd September again told no man power on service center today, but this time they are given me an appointment for 4th evening 1600 hrs. Unfortunately I cant report on time, and I informed showroom person that I cant come on time, then he told me to come on 5th September during office hours. So that I visited showroom at 1245 hrs, and After 1430 they told we cant do it today we told you to report on morning session but you came in afternoon session, so its your mistake. Like that.
I remind him that you are using different kind of language and attitude before and after Sales.
Now they telling they can do this service only on 10th September.he told 6th they are having Onam celebrations, 8th and 9th Holiday like that.
Very poor service and attitude from Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager and especially service Manage Mr. Satheesh Kumar(9605018855).
I raises complaint on vespa service at vespaindia@piaggio.co.in, and waiting for their reply.
