Going to Phuket was decided after a months of research on the net. We decided on Phuket after declining Mauritius, Goa and Bali.
I was glad we chose Phuket. We visited Phuket in the month of April. It was an amazing experience. We stayed at a Hotel known as The Old Phuket at Karon beach. The best part was having mountains at one end and the beach on the other. Karon was a quieter beach than Patong. I was surprised not to see any Indian couple/family there. We had our trips to Khai island, Phi Phi island, went to Patong, did jet ski, parachuting, went to simon carbaret. We also had our share of Thai massages which were authentic and relaxing.
Thai people are the warmest and the most hospitable people I have ever come across.
I loved it to the core and given a chance I would love to visit Phuket again.
