Phonepe app a good upi app. Review on PhonePe

Phonepe is an awesome upi app with high cashback offers for new customers which chnages time to time I didnt see any other app with that much of cashback currently they are providing 50 percent cashback for first upi transaction higher amount of csshback os rs 100 earlier it was rs 100 one thing through which I am not satisfy that is their customer support they are not good and instead of uderstanding the customer problem they just copy paste their written script. I have reffered my broter phonepe for which I have to receive rs 50 but I didnt received so I mailed them that I didnt get my refferel reward so they mailed me that my brother didnt download that app throught the link I have shared but I have download that app into my brother mobile through that link so I mailed them again and they did the same reply. I can understand there could be some technical issue too istead of investigating they are just pating their scripts thats I dont like
