I did my recharge for dishtv through phonePe 2 months ago. Transaction ID- nx 1710814193959807
The amount was debited from my account but there was a failure message. The transaction failed. There is no option to call the customer care. So I texted them as there was no other alternative. Fromt the last 2 months they are saying that I will receive the amount in the matter of next few working days. I tried to send email but the response was same.
I have lost all hope of getting the amount as they are sending the same mail and text again and again.
