Hi all, I.m going to share my most terrified experience at RelianceDigital Store in Phoenix Market city, Chennai
I've recently bought an Samsung 32" (EH6030) 3D LED TV worth 35k in Reliance Digital store at Phoenix Market City, Chennai on 15th of this month. At the time of purchase I've clearly mentioned to the store members that I'm going to take the TV to my native place i.e., Andhra Pradesh and the staff has promised to make a free delivery to my current residence in Chennai with safe bubble packing in the interior and exterior of the box.
After making so many calls to the store, the TV has been delivered yesterday i.e., 27-09-13 (After 12 days of purchase) and the delivery boy has charged 100Rs/- for delivery (by handing over the TV at the road and not inside my home).
For my surprise the TV is not bubble packed and it was just covered with a plastic sheet between the thermocol sheets in the box. When I made a call to the store and asked them for what they promised, they kept me waiting for more than 2 hours by saying we have to discuss and please call after 5 mins. After repeated calls they said it is not possible to pack and they cut the phone and never lifted my call.
I'm seriously dissatisfied with the service provided and I request to be sure while buying any product at the store.
