I would start of by saying. PLEASSE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. I bought this product from Hometown and have had problems from day one. For being so expensive the quality of the product could be much better. The plastics are so flimsy that each time you open, you fear it will break. It has a lot of fancy bells and whistles and I found, they have even ensured that you keep spending money on their filters. Once you have used up 3000 litres of water the unit shust off water till you buy a new filter.
I had a leakage problem from day one. I called up their service number(call center) and a technician showed up after 8 days. He did something and broke a part and replaced it but did not fix the original problem. Each time I call the call center and ask for an exchange of the unit(as mine is only 10 days old), they hang up or are downright rude.
Overall a very harrowing experience for paying Rs 9000 for clean water.
