I am using this product (wp 3892) since from 7 months in Hyderabad. Installation will take at least 4 to 5 days and it depends on how many times you called the call center people. The catridge ( nothing but candle in general water filters).
As per salesmen will work for 3000 liters, but after using it for 1000 liters, it was gone, and after 10 to 15 calls the service guy came and told catridge has to be changed for which I need to pay rs.565/-. there will be an indication (light glow) if we really need to change the catridge, but the technition say only one word " dont belive in these lights".
So guys if we buy a product we will expect the service, but if that service is not at all good, then why should we buy that one, there are no.of other brands try those .......
