To begin with I had to try 4 machines before this one worked. The first machine didn't start. The second one blade was touching the top cover.
The third one, the blade ejected and broke through the top cover and flew across my kitchen breaking glass with a loud explosion like sound. I was making amla juice.
I got saved. Lots of vibration, sound. The blade keeps touching the top lid that has flimsy locking arrangement and you get plastic with the juice and burning smell. Philips compensated me.
