It is not so much users friendly because their is always a danger if burning hand and their is noting for safty it is only with a handle and it is simple so, it is easy to use and It does not have much options.
Its durability is better than other Irons because it is simple and easy to use but does not have much features.
Its design is classy and old and not modern I mean it is old model and dies not have attractive look.
its brands service and support is good compair to other.
