Phillips as a brand has maintained its worth amongst its Indian customers.
Though all Phillips products are value for money, but its music system has uniqueness amongst its competitor brands. In 90s the music system of Phillips was at high pick with less market competition, Philips Radios too were quite popular that time.
Today we have seen lot many big competitors are in the market even than Philips has regained its popularity by giving firm faith to customers that Philips is not ready make any compromise on quality, durability of the product and fine sound quality.
I had purchased an audio recording system of Philips 100 W PMPO worth Rs.6000/- way back on 95, works on CDs and tape cassette, I thought it was quite expensive, lets see the result it gives and after 2005 I got fed up why it is still running on the same frequency and momentum. As the change of time then DVD has taken place of CD and tape cassette are now obsolete and I had to stop using the audio system.

Modification requried: Need to upgrade more advanced features with looks to attract the attention of its customers.
