About a year back I started living alone after my flatmate got married and decided to cook my own meals to avoid the excess oil cooks use.
Having used these products for about a year and becoming a reasonably competent cook is why I am reviewing these products now. Enough, now lets get to the blender.
The blender box contained:
Hand blender
Chopper Attachment
Beaker
User Manual
I have used the hand blender to make cold coffee, smoothies, lassi, whisk yogurt for gravies etc and have felt the need for a more powerful motor sometimes(apple smoothie!). The chopper attachment has been used the most to make tomato puree, ginger garlic paste and to make onion paste(I make a lot of non - veg curries!). It is top notch in my opinion and I have never felt the need for more power than what is delivered.
