The manual says we have to replace filter cartridge in about 2 weeks
. And the catch here is the cost of the filters is Rs. 5000 on Philips website. So spares cost per month is 10, 000, which 3/4th the cost of new purifier!. I got the filter replacement alarm on the third day?
Regarding Air purification. on the first day the room did smell of the HEPA filter. Though nothing that irritated me. I did feel that the freshness in air. But now after about 11 days some times it smell like your car's air blowers smell.
