I bought this tv from a local store and loved it! The only problem is the remote does not work as planned. The channel button sometimes switch off the tv and the sound buttons change channels sometimes. I am using it since 4 years and not a single problem yet(except the remote).
The colors are great, sound is amazing and the HDMI works flawless. Not sure about the service/support because never had any problem with the tv.
My final verdict: Go for it!
