Paid for an order on Pharmeasy website via UPI - immediately got debited from my account. later when checking the website, I notice it says failed. I check my bank and notice the money has been debited and has gone to pharmeasy with a transaction ID.
the first rep told me I will get a refund in 24-48 hours but I have to pay again.
the 2 nd rep told me I must call just pay after waiting 10 days
the 3rd rep hung up when I asked her to listen to me before solving
the 4rd rep told me the problem is UPI not them so I should pay again and wait 10 days.
now no medicine and more inconvenience. the opposite of what I was promised. beware!
totally washing their hand off the payment method they have deployes.
