Please beware that Pharmeasy provides a printed invoice in which they copy paste the photo of signatures which are fake . These bills are not e-signature verified from authorized parties. As a result, my TPA company did not accept the invoice. They asked for a proper money receipt. When I called up Pharmeasy to ask for a money receipt or a stamped invoice or an acknowledgement letter that they have received the payment they refused bluntly. The answer was straight NO although I told them that I have more than one lakh ruppes of medicine reimbursement blocked. Please do not use online medicine delivery platforms if you plan for reimbursement from your healthcare insurance.
