PharmaEasy confirmed delivery for 5 tablets by Oct 8, order placed on Oct 6. Until Oct 8, 4.30 pm the order showed on track for delivery. When I didn' t receive any details of a delivery man, I inquired about the status & was then notified of a delay in order processing.
This delay should have been identified by PharmaEasy & advance notification should have been sent before the actual date of delivery. You cannot come back to me on the day of delivering the order & say it has been delayed. Your not selling groceries or apparel. I had to buy my meds from elsewhere as PharmaEasy had already failed.
An advance notification of the delay would have helped.
