BEST for FORMALS wear but WORST customer service. Review on Peter England

PETER ENGLAND is one of the most selling and largest mens wear brand in INDIA.It is one of the most TRUSTED brand which is well accepted by comsumers in apparels category because of its SUPERIOR FIT, FINE QUALITY, WIDE RANGE OF PRODUCTS AND MODERN FASHIONABLE WEAR.It is also a division of ADITYA BIRLA GROUP.In india PETER ENGLAND is present in all most all cities and its presence shows that it is well accepted by INDIANS.It has so many stores and multi brand outlets and also available in online as well as near by apparel stores

I am a loyal customer of PETER ENGLAND since 4 YEARS and I am using this brand for my formal as well as casual wear.Peter england formal wear like shirts and trouser are available in very less price as peter england offer good formals in the mid range.Its shirt ranges starts from Rs 799 and it go upto 2999.This is one of the best brand for formal wear which helps in enhansing your office look.Its trousers are also very good and having standardised fit and made up of very fine material.Recently they lunched their JEANS and washed casual SHIRTS in the mid range.

DISLIKES-

I love this brand but disappointed by its outlets employees and store managers.I purchaged 2 formal shirts and one jeans from their outlet in BIG BAZAAR, BHUBANESWAR and after I washed the shirt it colour fades and it is even non wearable.So I took the shirt to the outlets and shows it to the manager.What he replied is simple shocking.He said that our products are REPLACEABLE within 15 days of purchage if these are having MANUFACTURING DEFECT and neither we nor PETER ENGLAND is responsible for its colour.I also suffered from this type of problem in 2012 which one of my peter enland trousers fades colour withing the 2 months of its purchage.Its outlet employees are really rude and illeterate as they dont know anything about the products and less knowledge about the replacement policies.

If you are not satisfied with this brand you can go for PAN AMERICA, JOHN MILLER, PARK AVENUE, TURTLE in MID RANGE.Other wise go for BLACK BERRY, LUEIS PHILLIPEE, CELIO, ALLEN SOLLY.

This is a good brand but no one gives you security about is colour issue.SO better to move on and give a chance to other brands as we have pleanty of option.
