Come summer, whether one’s tresses are ‘short and sassy’ or otherwise, the ‘head and shoulders’need a thorough washing every single day.

No more bad hair days !

Yours truly has finally found an ideal shampoo, for DAILY USE.

For every ‘halo’ type, whether dry, oily, normal, damaged, tangled, permed, coloured, etc. there are shampoos available .

All shampoos contain cationic detergents and are therefore alkaline. This alkaline pH is harmful for the hair.

Petalca Ayurvedic hair wash, (which contains “shikakai”) is my ‘pert’ choice.

It is a by-product of Petalca hair oil (as mentioned on the label).

It keeps one’s hair ever so soft and silky.

Frequent applications do not damage the hair.

My ‘crowning glory’ bears testimony to that.

It also has an anti-dandruff action.

However being luckily spared of this malady, I am unable to endorse that claim.

On the flip side, the smell and the glass bottle are far from appealing and will not attract the impulsive shopper.
