When someone says " I am off to Aussie land", it is most of the time referred to as either Sydney, Melbourne or in worse case Capital city, Canberra... or may be Adelaide for  some Doctors. Not many people travel from overseas to Perth but Actually,  I am wondering why?

Perth brings together a lifestyle which suits  retired couples to may be a hip hop, rock star (which means normal people like me can easily fit in). This fabulous city situated on the coast of Indian Ocean unfolds a coastal wonder with Penguin Island, cruising with dolphins in the Mandurah Lake and an historic  visit to Fremantle.

Friday evening shopping on Hay's street, sipping delicious latte on the Cappuccino street and walking along the swan river watching sea gulls  are memories that I will cherish all my life.

My comfortable stay at Grand Medina added to the decor of Perth. Its proximity to the train station, bus port and CBD area made my travel simpler. Mind you...Perth has one of the best local transport, with free CAT buses to take you around and a daily family rider pass for $8.10 for you and your family to travel unlimited on any train, bus or ferry for 24 hours.

From fine dining to food courts, from continental to Idle/sambhar, from Italian to Korean - name any type of bar and bistro; you have it all. Food, without Gelatino.. nayyyyyy. (by the way... u will find ice cream  being referred as Gelatin)

One fine evening you may wanna take a walk  (may be take a local bus) to Kings Park  and watch the Australian Sun set and then witness millions of stars rising creating one of the finest skylines. Dont forget to get to one of the restaurants  uphill and grab yourself some delicious coffee and chips.

Last but not the least, all you  cricket fans out there.... a MUST pilgrim to W.A.C.A - land of warriors.

There is so much describe that I am short words and here I am, sitting on 41st floor of my office which is apparently the tallest building of Perth (Central Park), writing this review for the world to explore wonders of this city  that I may have missed.... Good Luck.
