I recently engaged Pureflow Shree Marketing for a service, and unfortunately, my experience has been subpar. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have failed to deliver as promised, leaving the team concerned about payment. Additionally, there's a notable lack of interest in seeking feedback for improvement. Disappointing experience overall. Team is not doing their work and only worried about the money rather than fixing the problem. Person visited twice and same problem is recurring. He is replacing one by one item and saying now he needs to replace other items. This is really bad service from them. I never recommend to buy any products from them. After sales and service is very poor.
