Recently I have ordered have perfume from perfumebooth.com the delivery was late. After than I found that the product as preopened. And found an empty bottle of perfume. That would that visiting that I called the with customer care.
I told them that I want an empty product. I have made a video while I was opening the product. So I want refund of my product or replacement. Then the executive told me that sir we didn't have refund or replacement policies till now so I can't help you with this matter. I was shocked I told him sir how could you do that to me I have paid you and didn't get the product so why don't you give me the replacement on refund. So I told him that I would complain on jago grahak jago.
And that's what I did I have made a complaint to perfumenooth.com now the official will take them.
