This place is near my house, so I used to prefer this place so much but from last two times it has degraded its services.
Percussion is a lounge which serves North Indian, Chinese and Mexican food with liquor and hukka as well. It has a balcony and privilege of listening to live music too.
But from last two times I went there, they were lousy and rude as well. Food and representation: -
Well the food was not at all promising, first of all, it was cold and when we ate it tastes bad. Two out of five dishes were so late they took almost 40 minutes to serve and we had to wait a lot. So I must say the food was 2 out of 5.
Ambience: - About the ambience of the place, first you will like it but after some time you will find it suffocating. Thank god they have seats in the balcony. I thought the live music will be nice, but the singers were awful and loud as well.
Customer services : -
The waiters were rude and were not answering properly when we asked when our food will come. I had arranged a birthday party there once with pre booking and they increased the price after the party saying that it was agreed, that is why I am not going there ever again.
Value of money : -
The food they serve is not worth your single penny. Everything here was overpriced. We go to any place for good food, nice services and good ambience but this place lacks everything.
Conclusion: -
I would not recommend this place to anyone, there are other places which are much cheaper, with better services and better ambience.
