I thnk ths is the worst paste among ol.bekoz aftr usng ths no changes at ol in teeth.I thnk aftr usng ths my teeth r gtng yellowish in kolr. N shines of my teeth gone.I n usng ths frm last 3 years bt no chng.even my teeth r gtng worst n esp aftr brushng teeth its givng some bad smell aftr 2 hours.so I hate ths prodct alot. only thy r advertising wd celebrities bt totally waste of money
