I remember Peppy Tomato wheels as my favorite snacks for short breaks while I was in school. Back then it costed just Rs. 3, and it's been almost 15 to 20 years that the cost of this snacks hasn't increased much. The small pack is just Rs. 5, while the big one is for Rs. 10. Children of today's generation love it as much as I did.
What tempts the kids to buy this packet in the first place is the packaging. It is targeted to allure kids. The packet has a a cartoon cowboy and image of the snacks, which is in the shape of wheels.
When you open the packet, there will be a tangy tomato aroma that will please your sense of smell and you will just want to hog all the wheels in one go. The taste of peppy is sweet and salty both. I still eat it sometimes and it tastes wonderful. The quantity of the snacks is much, much better than the quantity of chips that you would find in many snack packets.
